We wanted our boys to experience a cruise and chose this one due to the family friendly nature, price and itinery. Very slick arrangements to check in and board the ship. All staff were excellent at all points in the week, from the check in, cabin staff, restaurants / bars and big mention for the entertainment crew.

Our cabin (6551) was ideal for us (bunk beds). It had ample storage for the 4 of us. It was kept very clean by cabin crew. We were only really there to sleep and change so didn't need a high spec of room. The shower/toilet area could do with some updating. The shower (surprisingly good) provided hot water at any time of the day we required. Towels changed as required.

Daily newsletter was great to let you know about each port plus also the daily 'what's on'. We absolutley loved the evening shows (as did our boys). They were varied (musicals, pop, opera, dance...) The standard was excellent. We did the tour back stage and the staff were great showing us around. Quiz shows (Deal or no Deal type, Strictly dancing etc..) were all good fun. Towel folding was a big hit with our boys. Cabin staff shape towels into different animals. They loved coming back each day to see what animal they had! A lovely touch.
