This is my fifth cruise, all with Princess, and as always it was wonderful. Princess has never let us down!

I had read a great deal about the San Juan airport and until we found out that our luggage was lost, I thought it wasnt any worse than the Ft. Lauderdale or Miami airport. And truly it wasnt. It was not the airports fault as our luggage was mismanaged in Boston.

The transfer from the airport to the ship was wonderful. Quick and easy ! I was actually very pleased that I had booked the transfer because the people working there were the ones who helped us with our lost luggage issue. Read more
