Sail Date: Jul 2012
Cabin: Large Spa Ocean-View Stateroom

Embarkation: We drove to Dover & parked at the terminal, the whole process was efficient and the boarding of the ship was a smooth operation.

Ports: We particularly liked the overnight stay in Stockholm, this gave us a chance to see a lot more of this beautiful city.Saint Petersburg and Tallinn were also exceptional, however we do not understand why there was no shuttle buses available at Tallinn, shuttle buses were on hand for the Celebrity Constellation which was berthed next to our ship.

Dining: We were on the late sitting, table 47 and we had wonderful service from our stewards and our wine waiter Randy was excellent. The menus were superior to our last cruise with Celebrity and we enjoyed most of our meals in the MDR.We ate in the Pinnacle twice, the first meal was the Master Chef meal with wine to match each course, the second was the "Le Cirque" evening. The additional costs incurred with these reservations was definitely worth the expense. The food, wine and service was excellent and it made a birthday celebration a special occasion.
