Embarktion: Great
Ship Itself: Nice ship but too big for our liking. Can be very crowded and noisy most of the time. Great ship for families, .
Food: We ate all dinners in either the dining rooms, Cagneys or Le Bistro and the food was good (not great but average)
Breakfast and lunches at buffet were good but very crowded
Osheganan (british pub)( probably not spelled right) very good food
Service: Our steward Willie was a marvel. Big smile could not do enough. Loved him.
2 waiters in Taste; Gladys and Janine wonderful service .
I found most (NOT ALL) employees did their job very efficiently but there was a lacking of smiles and a welcoming feeling.
Cabin: #11169 Balcony Loved the shower. Biggest one we've experienced. The wave room was a little close to pass. The bed was great. Overall very good.
Entertainment: The Very Best I Have Seen On A Cruise Ship.
Ports: Very Good
Departing The Ship: Excellent
Overall we enjoyed the cruise but would not sail again on the Epic. Just our personal opinion we enjoyed Princess service better and their food.Also we missed the promenade deck very much.
