This was my wife and I first time cruise i was a bit apprehensive but no need to be the only fly in the ointment was security in the docks. Once on board it was plain sailing you get a card to use all the time on board for expenses, on the last night you get an invoice itemised. After a safety drill the party began with a barbecue in the garden cafe ( all day buffet room ) we then went to our cabin to find our cases had arrived we unpacked and went for a look around, about 2,000 guests on board and 1,100 crew First night we went to the theatre and can i say every other night also the shows last about 45 minutes but are really good, there are lots of other rooms where there are either a singer or someone playing a piano or doing a seminar etc.we sailed for two days to our first port which was port Canaveral we booked an excursion to Disney ( book on the web as these excursions soon get booked up ) it was great the next day we went to great stirrup cay ncls own island they use tenders to get to shore it was red hot use a good sun cream or you will suffer they provide a free buffet with water or tea and coffee alcohol is extra, the next stop was Nassau the straw market is ok you have to bargain though we took a water taxi to Atlantis hotel to look around 12 dollars return you can go in the casino at Atlantis but any further and it gets expensive The next two days are at sea but there is plenty to do , disembark with your case if you can it is the quickest way, it was a fantastic cruise the staff were marvelous No complaints
