Just returned from 7 day Western Med Cruise. Check in was ok, I knew the ship was in need of re-fit from other reviews. I must say that things have gone downhill on catering, the Windjammer on most days was awful. The Main Dining room, food was good some days but the choice was not as good as previous cruises on RCI. One thing I did notice was that cleanliness seemed also to have gone down, food on the floor, sticky surfaces etc. in Windjammer, also the buttons in the lifts were often sticky. The Staff were very good, always friendly and efficient, Stateroom attendant was incredible as were staff in Dining Room. Prices were ridiculous !!!

Rip off shuttle buses

When I booked, our flight was early evening, I found out that there was nowhere to store luggage at port or airport I was in formed by RCI that the only thing to do was to take an excursion [expensive] or book a day room in a local hotel which I did. Then when on board found out that you could get late departure [at a cost] Was a bit miffed by this.
