Embarkation was hell. We waited over 4 hours in cramped areas with not nearly enough seating for everyone. Bathroom were dirty and the lines to take pictures with the characters with extremely long. After waiting for hours, our children had not eaten since breakfast and were hungry and thirsty and there was nothing available.

Once we were allowed on board, we were directed to the buffet where again, there was no place to sit. With no available tables/chairs, we had to wait for someone to get up and most people were in no rush.

Our Cabin service was also lacking. Our cabin was NEVER cleaned until after supper. I spoke to others who said their cabin was cleaned twice daily so I guess it was an employee problem. Read more
