We booked our cruise from an ad for 11-day cruise w/air to the Southern Caribbean from travelzoo.com. Was very pleased & used our travel agent to book for us so we could get the best deal. (We could as we found out later that we did all the homework ahead that the travel agent did not get us any extras from using her.)Our choice was that we had not visited any of the 8 island stops on our previous 4 cruises. Spent a lot of time since we had 5 months to spend finding all the things we wanted to do & see to pick the best shore excursions. Wanted to make sure all the excursions were the best for the money so we did our own booking from recommendations & reviews through Cruisecrtic. Feel we saved at least 30 to 40% from ship pricing & more to choose from which we will detail below.

Because Celebrity had set up all the arrangements of flight & shuttle to terminal & back to airport, we were taken past all lines of people directly to the check-in counter as we got to the terminal. The only thing we had to do was pre-register off the website for baggage tags & flight info. Were very pleased with this procedure.

From the time we entered the ship we experienced a pleasant & well disciplined staff ready to make our cruise a wonderful experience. The room was ready for us & not too long to wait for our luggage so we could unpack & enjoy the ship before the cruise set sail at 8 PM. We took advantage of all the shows & special events from our daily newsletter. Enjoyed the late seating dinner so we didn't have to rush back to the ship while on shore. Enjoyed the after dinner entertainment in the cosmos especially the band group "Magnitude' which were very personal & while they were on deck for Caribbean music during the day. Also enjoyed a great vocal group "North by Northwest" which were singing throughout the cruise. The broadway shows were very energetic & enjoyable with very good themes & song choices.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was just what we expected. Well kept the whole cruise & very well attended to by our room steward. Plenty of room for all our clothes & luggage. A nice desk beds were very comfortable. Quiet hallway & easily accessible to all elevators even though we were about 3 quarters back in the ship.
