We stayed @ th El Conquistador hotel in Buenos Airies. It was very conveniently located for walking around, close to the square , many restaurants & not too far, 10 min taxi ride to the port. We were there for 2 nites. When we got to the pier , it was very busy & seemed confusing but when we foun NCL it was a piece of cake.Because there had been some illness on board on the last sailing we were informed about this & given the option of getting a refund, which I thought was very admirable of them. It was very well organized & we were on board before we knew it. We got there early, so that may have been why it wasn't that busy. Of course the cruise line has no control over the port where all the confusion was. I felt very welcomed on beard & this also went very well. We had champagne in hand & our room keys & we were happy. Thought there would be some fanfare leaving the port, so were a little disappointed we slipped away almost without knowing. We were 3 sharing so found the room a tad small, but very clean & stewards did a good job. I know everyone was complaining about the buffet, & I have to agree. Not enough variety & seating was really a problem (only for breakfast mostly). More variety & a menu reflecting where we were would have been more interesting.. Of course if the weather was better there was lots of seating outside. Meals in the 2 main restaurants were good. Las Rambas was good. Entertainment was not bad. I thought it was great the way they switched back & forth from english to spanish The tours were very well organized. If you had a tour you got off the ship very quickly. The tendered ports weren't that great, they were a little slow. The disembarkation went very smoothly. If I took another cruise I would use their airlines to better co-ordinate flight times

With 3 sharing it was a bit small. Would be fine for 2.

very handy for getting around the ship. Low enough not to get

too much movement from the waves
