We reserved a Junior Suite for this cruise and were shocked at how much smaller the room was compared to other R.C. Junior Suites. We were also excited because we heard the ship had recently come out of dry dock and expected improvements. Overall, the ship is tired. New carpet shown throughout however leaks in Vitality Pool area ceilings were an issue with buckets around pool deck as well as incredibly foggy glass windows throughout the ship. Either they are not being cleaned or just stained and old and in need of replacement. We ONLY cruise Royal and honestly this cruise and its ports were AMAZING which made up for the ship being so old. We dined in the specialty dining rooms 6 times because the food was so amazing. A must try if you haven't yet. Lastly. we have never had any complaints about Royal and this ship is our first. Mental note, truly great ports and excursions all organized by Royal perhaps look for another RC ship that offers the same since this ship is no longer GRAND.
