I feel this ship is too large for this itinerary. With the exception of service in specialty dining, overall service aboard Getaway compared to previous NCL experiences is lackluster. Our cabin steward was rather disappointing. The crosswords in the Library were the same as those we took on a cruise 18 months ago. I very much disliked that Getaway does not have a proper Promenade deck. The jogging track is like walking in tiny circles and you have to run the smoker's gauntlet if walking on Deck 8/Waterfront. No electrical outlets anywhere near the bed? Odd for a ship so new. Latitudes Platinum services felt a joke. Here's your coupons. Here's your champagne (not even on ice!). We have met our obligation. You can use the concierge, but we won't tell you how. The concierge office should contact everyone who is eligible for the services personally. We experienced multiple accounting issues with regard to using Latitudes dining vouchers vs. UDP; they need a better system to track these things.
