Sail Date: May 2017
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Being an avid cruiser, I dreamed of a Royal Caribbean cruise on this ship.I have cruised 10 times, this was my first Royal Caribbean experience. I convinced my family members to sail with us, we booked 3 cabins (2 balcony and 1 central park window) to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday.

Upon walking onto the ship I was mesmerized by the beauty and elegance of the ship, it was very visually appealing. I was equally satisfied with our cabin appearance as it was very clean and smelled great.

My first customer service experience was having to look for my stateroom attendant as opposed to having her introduce herself to me upon arrival. I needed a fan in the room because our AC wasn't working and wouldn't bring the temp below 75. When I asked her she said she would see if she had any available. When we arrived back to the room, there sat a dirty and dusty fan with 2 of the blades broken and the on/off switch completely broken off as well. Our room attendant asked how the fan was, I almost thought it was a joke. When I told her my thoughts on the condition of the fan, she replied, "no worries, you didn't pay for it." I found this to be condescending and insulting.
