We chose the NCL Pearl to Alaska for the Freestyle cruising - choosing when to dine, and wearing casual clothes, the beautiful scenery, and the cheerfulness of the well-trained crew.

Our cabin, 9663, was cozy but well-organized with plenty of outlets for smart phones and a handy shelf for holding written materials. It was quiet and but close to the elevators and the restaurants. Lilas, our cabin attendant, was outstanding - everything perfect.

The live music in various venues was delightful and everyone appeared to be having a great time. Good movies on the TV in the cabin. The recorded music has progressed fro rap on our previous cruise to elevator music now. Need to leap to really better music such as the music broadcast in the casino - really fun!

Cabin Review

Inside

Cabin IC

Cozy but well designed. Plenty of outlets for smartphones and laptops. Nice magazine rack for holding papers. Only needed half of the clothes hangers. Quiet night and day. Close to elevators and aft restaurants such as the buffet, and Summer Palace and close to the big rear deck outside on the top floor #12.
