The ship needs to be retired for good! Sailed on 4 night cruise and had to call maintenance 5 times! A/C didn't work in our stateroom, for several hours we didn't have water at all (couldn't take showers or brush our teeth), 1 day we didn't have hot water. We booked our cruise in February 2017 and was told after we set sail the room service policy was updated in April 2017 and now charged a $7.95 convenience fee for every order. No notification was sent to me prior to sailing and since I booked before the alleged policy change I shouldn't have to pay that fee (no one on board had a copy of this policy to provide me). I had to argue with 3 different guest service members before I finally got through to someone to understood the policy change shouldn't affect those who booked the cruise prior to the change. Although they did refund all (2) of my room service fees, my credit card was charged in excess of $600 for misc charges that don't make sense, nor do I have any explanation from the cruise line. No receipts, so I now have to dispute and charge back my credit card. Complete inconvenience!
I scheduled for 6pm dining time and was scheduled for 8pm and the dining staff wouldn't change our time or provide any solutions, they absolutely didn't care and really just wanted me to go away. Rude staff, especially the bartenders at all the bars. Hallways and staterooms reek of sewage, it was revolting. Public restrooms were disgusting and not one was clean! People wore flip flops, bathing suits, and jeans to the "formal dining room" which wasn't formal at all. This cruise line is NOT a higher class than Carnival. I've cruised with Carnival 4 previous times and I was appalled at my Royal Caribbean experience. I wouldn't sail Royal Caribbean again even if it was free! That's how terrible this experience was for my family!
Very small, reeked of sewage, many maintenance issues.
Parking was nice and secure and staff everywhere were very helpful directing us to the correct location.
