My friends and I chose this cruise because of the ship, being the newest and biggest, but were disappointed in it. I think the Oasis was better. I know it had been out to sea a few times before this but it looked older and more worn than it should have, like it was an older ship. The staff on this ship were great, as it has been on all our cruises, the entertainment, the food, the park....all wonderful. Getting on and off the ship was no problem. We took our own tours once on the Islands. We had a handicap balcony room overlooking the park and it was roomy enough for the 3 of us. A little disappointed that the rug was not very clean though. I was not happy that at night they turn the air conditioning off and there was no air circulation in the room which made it too warm to sleep comfortably, had to open the balcony door. The air was on during the day, but who's in the room much during the day? With such a big ship there were too many people for us, we prefer less congestion, especially when people are rude, no 'excuse me' or 'thank you'. One guy even kept elbowing me in line to make sure he got in ahead of me, like he was somebody special! And then he got mouthy when I said excuse me! This was my last cruise and all-in-all it was relaxing and enjoyable for the most part.
