I went on this cruise with a group of 14, put together by Patrice Stafford of "Where To Travel". Everything was very good, except for a couple of glitches. We sailed from Saturday to Saturday. The first glitch was that the Hostess, named Melissa, in the Platinum Restaurant, had a bit of an attitude. Several of us, in the group, noticed it. She could use some more training! However, our Waiter, IGiusti or Gus (who we affectionately called "Sexy Goose"}, made each night of dining fun and interesting, with his accommodating demeanor and great smile! The second glitch was a power failure, on Friday night. It didn't last long, but the announcement as to what was going on was delayed. It was quite unnerving to be at sea with no power, even for a short while. Although we were at dinner when it happened, some other people told us about having been at the Casino or in an elevator. I guess, we were "lucky". The ship, itself was quite lovely. The construction that other reviewers witnessed, must have been completed, as there was no sign of it. The food choices were quite extensive and delicious. I visited "Guy's Burger Joint" every day! The entertainment choices were very good, from the comedy to the singers, to the game shows, movies and Art Auctions! We spent a lot of time on The Lido Deck, at the Red Frog Rum Bar, where the Bartenders and Staff, were the BEST (Dexter, Hendro, Danuel and Dimas)! The Bartenders, Emmalyn and Alex, in the Kaleidoscope Casino Bar, were great, as well! Oh, yes, springing for the "Cheers" package was well worth it! The Shore Excursions were interesting and fun, although I'm not a fan of the tender ports. My favorite was "Discover Mexico" on our last port of Cozumel, where we tasted Tequila and made Chocolate Bars (I'll review, separately). Cozumel was not a tender port. Although we didn't travel with children, a few of our group attended the "Green Eggs and Ham" breakfast! It was soooo cute and the food was delicious!

Cabin 8B

Our Balcony Cabin was comfortable and clean. Our Steward, Marut, was courteous and attentive. He was always at our beck and call! He kept our cabin clean and stocked. The view was lovely!
