Our grown children wanted to sail on the Oasis and the availability from Port Canaveral. I need to say we were disappointed in the size of the balcony cabins and have booked a junior suite on our next cruise. We were disappointed to see so many of the cabin crew and wait staff from islands. Some do not thoroughly understand. Cabin attendant did not leave complete disembarkation info in each of our cabins. Vacuum was not done At All during the cruise. We had some substance on our carpet from day 2 throughout the cruise. Room service did not follow instructions -- never left the number of cups we requested. The sound in the production shows is ENTIRELY TOO LOUD. I had to leave CATS because the sound was so loud I couldn't sit with my fingers in my ears any longer. It was so loud that the voices were garbled and the speakers were vibrating. There is no excuse for that. Any personnel we had contact with were extremely pleasant, friendly and smiling. Did find some mechanical problems in several common areas but assume that is normal - especially on a ship this size. Found it unbelievable for how few cubicles in ladies room outside theater!
