We booked this cruise a year in advance. We had been looking forward to taking in everything and expecting much from such a fabulous boat from all we heard. It left us all wishing we had selected something else. The room staff is great and dedicated, food at the selected restaurants awesome. Last year on Navigator of the Seas if you wished to see a show you arrived early and got it sat down and enjoyed the show. On this cruise we were turned away from several shows as we did not have a reservation, not what we had experienced in the past on other boats. Customer service, poor and unable to help in any way. We also found some promotions in the Spa were all talk and not real, in fact more money than advertised. The ship really seemed understaffed at various locations like say the bar, one person at a pool bar equals a VERY long wait as everyone wants two or three drinks. Hardly fair for the bartender.
