On St. Lucia rude & pushy Vishal at Diamonds Int. (What’s the matter lady, don’t you like diamonds?) And Vijay at Gold Mine, pushy like a hungry used car salesman.
Amit, Diamond lounge concierge and John, Diamond lounge bar waiter both very good. Cabin attendant Edison was most accommodating to us.
Accessible officers on this ship were good. They were friendly and genuinely concerned for providing a good cruise experience for us.

Standard inside cabin on the Grandeur. Nice new bed frames and mattresses made luggage storage and sleeping better than the old set.
