Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

first and foremost excellent price for aurea package which included balcony cabin, free massage and entrance to exclusive bathing area (which was great because as with most large ships sunbeds were at a premium) anytime dining was also included and a good experience allowing you to choose your own time to dine in the main restaurant. We also dined at Eataly one of the speciality restaurants funky décor but excellent food and attentive wait staff.

Buffet area was bedlam each time we entered but excellent selection of food and decent quality. Bizarrely they use urns for the hot water and coffee on all occasions it was luke warm at best. Wait staff hardly gave you time to finish before clearing plates , clearly understaffed in this area. As a consequence we took breakfast in the restaurant unfortunately this was equally chaotic on each visit we did not receive the breakfast we ordered.

Room service was included as free in our package but was hit and miss.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B1

Balcony cabin reasonable size balcony, cabin spacious with queen bed and bed settee, could of been more hanging space in wardrobe, barely adequate had to request extra hangers.

Excellent innovation on shower with pivoting door allowing extra room in bathroom.
