The dining room service and stateroom service was the only enjoyable thing about this cruise. The rest of it was terrible! The bar service was extremely slow, and they ran out of moscato wine the first two days and near the end of the cruise at most bars. The staff was not friendly at guest services, and you were charged for nearly everything you did, including a WOW wristband. We also did not appreciate the pools being closed all day while at sea for maintenance issues. The pools were completely drained. The ship was crowded as well. Too many guests on the ship. Overall, the ship was clean and has a clean appearance because it is still so new. Otherwise, our experience was poor. The bar staff was very limited. You spent at least 5-10 minutes most places waiting to even get a drink. When you pay all the money for the package, this is a complete waste of time/money.
