My wife and I took a back to back trip on the Summit , ( Nov 5 - 19 ) . The trip was excellent, the crew was very good-- friendly, polite and helpful. Captain Kate was a hoot; very approachable, personable, professional and had an excellent personality. We stayed in suite 6130. The butler was there when we needed him and invisible when we did not. Had diner of the balcony one evening on short notice - no problem for the butler ! Maja, the concierge in Michael's Club was a jewel very helpful and knowledgeable, The staff in the restaurant new you by name and went well above and beyond to make the meal experience enjoyable ( food- 4 star). .The entertainment was good. Tours were OK. Ports were OK, but life on the ship was great. We had the Good-Better-Best Package. Everything we could want on the ship --food,drink,email/texting, tips was covered. Having no extra charges was cool.
Cabin was clean, very convenient to elevators, restaurants and easy to get up to the pools, Cabins are somewhat small, but ample - as was the balcony. Bathroom had a shower/tub and was of adequate size. Plenty of closet space. Bed was OK.
Good snorkeling
4 ships in port - 12,000 people.
Too crowded
Went shopping -- Imperial Jewelers
snorkeling was poor
