Our cabin steward was Hansel and he did an excellent job of keeping the room clean.  He was very friendly and helpful.

Used Viator skip the line Colosseum and Ancient Rome - our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable.  Would recommend this tour

Our guide to Pisa was very knowledgeable.  Going to the Tuscany vineyard and learning about olives and wine was quite enjoyable.  Our guide had a very good sense of humor.  We had lunch there and shared wines with vacationers from all over world - it was a memorable day for us
