My wife and I cruised on the Carnival Sensation October 29 through November 3rd. It was a five day cruise out of Miami with ports of call being Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This was our 8th cruise with Carnival.

This is a Carnival Cruise. It is not a Ritz-Carlton at sea. If you keep your expectations realistic you will have a very good time.

Embarkation was slow. We flew into MIA and Carnival now checks in guests at the Airport. Not enough staff to handle the rush. Once checked in, and after an hour wait for the shuttle to the ship, the rest was uneventful. Total time was 2 1/2 hours.

M76 iis your typical interior room. If you want dark at night, roll up a bath towel and place it at the bottom on the entry door to plug that 1" gap of hallway light.
