We cruise regularly and chose this particular itinerary more for the ship than the ports of call. We actually cruised while Hurricane Matthew was churning its way through the Caribbean and the captain did a wonderful job of diverting the ship and avoiding the bad weather altogether.

The ship is still magnificent. We enjoy the size of the ship as it allows us to wander around without covering the same ground every 5 minutes. A walk in Central Park after dinner is very relaxing.

We did dine at Chops Grille and at Giovanni's Table and enjoyed both very much. We usually visit Chops on each cruise but this was our first visit to Giovanni's Table. We had avoided it in the past mostly because of the "Family Style" dining description. But what we experienced was a traditional dining experience, which is what we prefer (we had formed images of a large table of people reaching over one another to get to the antipasti). We would visit both specialty restaurants again.
