We booked into a suite, because there were three of us, and I have to say that it was LOVELY.  Really a treat compared to the other rooms-which we used for a late check out because ours was unavailable.

This was a walking tour of the city with it's history, but if I'm honest I don't think this excursion was amazing.  You could easily walk this city yourself in a few hours or less.  I wish we had visited the lake at Ljubljana or the Skocjan Caves.  It was okay, but if you have limited resources, I'd save yourself the money for a better one

You can't go to Venice and not book a Gondola tour.  Plus with Thomson, you wont get taken to Venice St Marks Square until they have to take you-so to maximise your time on shore-book an all day tour-the only difference between the all day tour is that you get longer in Venice to walk around

I loved Split.  I wish we had done a tour here rather than Koper to be honest. Very old, walled city.  A lovely place to discover and explore alone too though.

This was well worth the monet for the incredible view.  Some of the best pictures we got, and the most beautiful panoramic views were from the top of the cable car ride.

This was lovely. Dubrovnik is a stunning city, and I definitely hope to go back. Possibly one of the few places on the cruise that I could commit to going to for a week.  I would love to have seen this beautiful city after dark too. I recommend the walk around the top of the city wall if you are fit enough.  The views are breathtaking

This was a whistlestop tour of Montenegro island.  You will have a sandwich lunch in a little village and have a hair raising ride through the mountains to the former capital, where you will see the former Royal palace.  This was all a bit odd if I'm honest, but interesting any way.  Then you'll get taken to a rich boys party city, which is a genuinely beautiful walled city by the coast.  Looks to be full of culture and history like Croation port towns.  Actually though I wish we'd just stayed at Kotor and walked up the mountain face up the hundreds of steps to what looked like an amazing fort/castle in the mountains which we only noticed as we were leaving... Either that or the last city we'd visited.  You will pass through a tunnel that runs under a mountain on the way back to Kotor, that is clearly not ventilated.  2 miles of breathing in the most soupy, eggy, toxic traffic fumes ever.  I seriously doubt you'd survive without carbon monoxide poisoning if you broke down inside the 2 mile long tunnel!!

This is a lovely city, plenty to see if you know how to find it.  The old part of the city is lovely to explore, as is the fort on the hill overlooking the harbors.  if you do visit the hilltop fortification, be sure to find the sailing club and have a drink there, as it's an idyllic little oasis of tranquility.

Corfu

The entertainment was of a high standard and exceptionally varied; ranging from high London Quality theatrical productions and musicals each night in the large theatre, a wide array of decent musicians playing music from most genres, a cabaret area, discos, themed and cabaret entertainment like Quiz and Karaoke, if you wanted it (we didn't), and a fantastic Kids' Club.The one of the top of the ship in the Centre was meant to be the adult only pool, but seemed to be family friendly too by day.
