Chose this cruise for value and date (anniversary). I was very worried about taking the smallest in Royal Caribean fleet and after reading all the negative comments. This cruise was fantastic. The food and the very pleasant crew made our cruise monumental. The ship is very small and I would not recommend this cruise if you want to have a lot to do on board but if you want to just relax and be pampered by a fantastic crew, the Empress is way to go. The dining room staff from the great waiters to dining room supervisor did a great job and always smiled and took care of our every whim. The ship was spotless and maintenance was first class. So if you are thinking about a relaxing cruise with no hasseles, then I would highly recommend this ship. We are taking the Oasis in November and will have experienced the smallest and largest(about). Hope this has been of benefit..
