We had never cruised with MSC but had seen their ships. This cruise fitted in with our holiday itinerary so we thought we would give it a try. We had 3 adults and 2 children which made booking cabins complicated. We phoned MSC in London and discussed it with the sales person. He looked at several options with the "Yacht Club" being best to suit our requirements. He said we would be "blown away" by it. He was right. It beats all our other cruises hands down. Large well appointed suits, with free mini bar, walk in wardrobe, very comfortable cabins, etc etc. We also liked our choice of daily UK newspaper being delivered to our cabin. The Yacht Club facilities were superb, bars and private anytime dining restaurant, pool bar, snacks and free bars all day as required.

The pool deck was also never crowded with plenty of sun beds.

Overall the concierge and butler service were excellent as was getting on and off the ship.
