Anthem of Seas is a technology wonder, but Royal Caribbean is not prepared to serve 3000 plus guests. Our cruise was two and one half hours late onboarding due to a failure in a ramp. There was confusion among crew on how to let passengers on ship. Fight almost broke out among guests due to some boarding before others. Crew staff in port expressed to us in their frustration in not knowing what to do.

The entertainment was also poor. Show entitled "Spectra Cabaret" had no theme, and it seemed some people put together impressive technology, then decided to find music to fit.

There were also issues communicating important entertainment events during the cruise. The best show was a headliner, Lenny Turner. We also missed show due to not knowing about event.
