Where to start. Embarkation was a cattle call. Everyone waited for almost 2 hours even with assigned times. Purchases that were paid and were to be in the cabin, were not and I had to go to guest services and "prove" paid for them. The wait for reserved dinner was over an hour. Food was horrible, except for Chef's Table (sans chef). Absolutely NO ADA on ship accommodations, although I was informed differently when I reserved. Complementary Spa treatment was refused unless I purchased an upgrade. Champaign was in the room, sans ice bucket, ice, or glasses. That took 2 days. Everyone I spoke with had the same complaints, even the crew, They hate the food. Entertainment was just bad. Not much to do. example: Trivia, kill some time? Was 10 minutes.

Dress codes were NOT enforced, never had a waiter bring me a beverage, all they did was clear tables and I saw one about 5 times. Crew walked around, were very pleasant, but involved in their conversations or texting! Want a soda refill...walk to the end of the ship. Vintages staff were obnoxious. I could go on and on.

Positive, Studio cabin with balcony was very nice, so I ate on my balcony.
