This is our 3rd cruise with NCL, 7nights/11night/12nights to be exact, sadly very disappointed! We got cabin 10031. The location is great to get around the ship, but every night there were loud noise from up stair which woke us up middle of night. Our toilet was plugged 3 times during the entire 12 nights cruise. First time they fixed it within 12 hours, luckily on the same day, but the rest of time it took them forever, there were one time even last 3 days! The problem always somewhere along the pipe line, not in our cabin as we strictly only use our toilet for "water related" business only. Our cabin is outdated as, shower head spray out of control and light switch broke on our first night of arrival. Main dining services were terrible with hard-rock bread/rolls, poor chef skills (deep fried veal?), and slow services. Some days the self-service cafe's food are much more inviting! Entertainment were disappointed as well. It was such a relief for all of us when the trip comes to an end on the 13th day that we can't wait to get off the ship!

Norwegian Spirit is an old ship, even thought I like the Oriental interior design through out the entire ship, cabins really running down and needs better up keep to function. Customer services are up to the standard which I know all crew members worked hard. We will be hesitated to travel on another NCL for a while, even thought we do have a cabin deposited.
