Explored Vancouver for a full day before cruise. First time for Norwegian and not sure if we will cruise again with them. Five hour delay departing for some mechanical reason. Another 6 hour departure delay in Sitga when they couldn't raise the anchor causing the schedule to skip a glacier viewing (compensated with cabin credits). First time taking a child and grandson really liked the activities and adult leaders. Have seen better entertainment. Ports of call were good. Food OK; however selections seem to repeat often. Formal restaurants weren't nearly as crowded as the buffet. Last minute changes in ports (2) were very annoying -- no prior warning. Cabin was very good, but tight for 3. Ship was in excellent shape and well maintained. Cruise actually owed me a refund on cabin charges (due to cancelled port excursion) and seems to take a long time to receive it (still haven't after a month!).
