This was our first river cruise we were invited by friends to come.

I have to say this was the best experience of our lives. The staff who looked after us made us feel like millionaires. Every staff member on the boat from the cleaners to the captain looked after us in every way. We met some wonderful people on board who will now become our life long friends, I can understand how some people can become critical about small things that don't go their way but overall our experience was wonderful. I am looking to do another cruise next year. Unfortunately my wife got ill on the cruise and needed to go to hospital, the cruise director Sharon day helped us with her wonderful use of the French language even the captain helped us. after she got back they constantly asked how she was and offered any help required
