For our third Baltic cruise we chose to change from Royal Caribbean and try Celebrity.

The decision proved to be a great success for many reasons, but the most important reason for writing this review is to commend the superb service we received from the staff from the moment we boarded.

We had upgraded to the Penthouse Suite from a Royal Suite a few weeks before sailing and were so pleased to have done so. We were contacted from the USA by a Concierge just before sailing and our requests were all carried out. Read more
