I will have to think hard before choosing Royal Caribbean in the future. My wife and I have been on 27 cruises (13 on Royal Caribbean where we have Diamond status ), we were not happy on the Enchantment of the Seas. The ship is definitely showing its' age.

We were traveling with 2 grandchildren (13 & 11) and there was nothing for them to do. There was no sports deck and the arcade was a joke.

We have also noticed on the last 2-3 cruises on RCI that the food in the main dining rooms is awful. I ordered prime rib and the meat was actually grey when it was served, disgusting. Is RCI trying to force their customers to eat in the specialty restaurants?
