I was the group leader for 25 family members cruising with Royal Caribbean on the Enchantment of the Seas June 2016. Overall we had a wonderful time because the customer service was great. Half of our group had not cruised before.

I started out with a travel agent but that did not work out so I booked directly with RCCL Groups Dept. I tried to use one agent for most of my transactions. Booking directly with them was fine. However, I only got a $200+ credit for being the group leader. The travel agent was offering me a free trip. Sometimes the hold was entirely too long waiting for an agent. But, overall things were okay. I would book through them again.

Cabin Review

Large Inside Stateroom

Cabin K

Cabin was cleaned several times a day. The bathroom is extremely small. No counter space. No trash bags. I had my own for dirty diapers and feminine hygiene needs. We could adjust the temperature. I had access to cable news. The room is very dark at night. Children may need a night light to find the bathroom.

Port Reviews

Nassau

Not my favorite. We took a taxi to Atlantis. We could not see much with out a day pass.

Miami

I had help with the bags leaving the building. The porter was very helpful.

Key West

I live in Florida so I was excited about this because I plan to go back. It was really nice. The good was great. The area was clean. Much nicer than Nassau.
