Athens and Santorini were great as we took private tours.

The food on board was repetitive. The entertainment was a hyptimist and ridiculous passenger games. A some off the tours were so crowed the waIt times for the buses, tickets, and food was horrific. In La Margeita's breakfast stop, one person served coffee and one person served juice to 14 loaded buses of 50 persons each. no time to get food as se sere escorted back on bus. In Gilbrater one tour dnded with the tour managing their own way back to ship, which was not stated in ship tour vuide. We were charged $8 US back to ship. The port in Loverno (Florence) was filthy and eerie. Really needs to be upgraded and cleaned. Another tour to Positano was vague, as we never saw or bisited Positanio. The ferry at Portofino was 2 hours late and we were hearded like cattle to the pier waiting in the heat. The places visited were beautiful . The tours there were not.

Cabin always clean and Cabin Stewart very cordial. Balcony partition was open, but blocked door to cabin. Needs redesigned.
