If you can get past the forced smiles and the pain when you walked by (if you were to engage a crew member), just ignore this and it was very nice. We preferred the sit down restaurant experience over the buffet situations on board and our head waiter did his best to place us at the noisiest most staff traffic area he could. Fake smile and condescending communication like we are stupid, well just ignored this. The food was always different and there were plenty of healthy inspired options. The pools were too small and closed down almost as much as they were open.

Our stateroom was nicely appointed and very roomy, housekeeping was amazing and never failed to anticipate every need. The housekeeping staff was probably the most personable on the ship.

The Shore excursions were a nice idea in thought but terrible when it came to execution. We were herded like cattle after being told be on time or else and then we sat for at least 30 minutes more, we will never book through cruise line again we will make our own arrangements. The ship was wonderful and the entertainment offerings were plenty. Lots of information available and the embarkation and debarkation went very smoothly.

Cabin Review

Concierge 1-Bedroom Suite with Verandah

Believe it, crazy amounts of storage and two bathrooms! Perfect oasis for a 7 day voyage. Always clean and well appointed, bed was so comfy and towels were soft. Presented as on the newer side not much wear showing. Lots of closets and a nice sunk in whirlpool tub within the cabin, loved this category.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

So very commercial the beaches in Florida are nicer, very disappointed.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

We explored on our own and returned to the ship, looked like any other tourist trap. Shopping and restaurants is all we came across, just okay.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Very efficient, excellent parking lots of information to be found.
