I have sailed Celebrity 18 times. I usually cruise twice a year.The last few years the quality has declined considerably. It started with small things, like no nuts in the bar and the little things just add up.

While the boarding process was smooth & easy, that was the best part of the cruise !

The buffet at lunch...consistently dirty silverware wrapped in clean napkins. Complaint early on was to no avail, They took note of it. Shortage of staff had cluttered dirty tables and shortage of clean tables during normal dining hours. The 2nd day out they ran out of clean glasses and salad plates. And the large plates were frequenty so hot (from the dishwasher) that you couldn't hold them in your naked hand. Room service was also poor....no ice bucket in room, no laundry bag, not enough towels.....they only give you one of each kind per person ! And half were worn out. Steward untrained in service.
