We are a couple 68 years old and retired. We chose this cruise because we could drive to Baltimore. It was a 31/2 hour drive from Gloucester, Va. We went to Baltimore a day early and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn ,Arundel Mills.

We arrived at the cruise port at approx. 11:30 am and were on board by 1:00 pm, ate a good burger at Guy's and then went to our cabin. Our luggage arrived by 4:00 pm.

The ship was a good size not too big or crowded. We had two things that we did not like about this ship and this particular cruise, which is why I only gave it a rating of three dots. The first problem is the number of children on this cruise. There must have been at least 500 kids on this cruise, we have never had more than probably 15 or 20 on any cruise we have taken before. The second problem was the lack of shade on the decks with the lounge chairs. We like to sit in the shade on deck and read.

Cabin 4K

Good cabin in that you get a big french door which allows a lot of light. Make sure you chose a cabin that is between the life boats.
