Embarkation was one of the easiest yet. We walked directly in to the terminal, check in, and walked onboard the ship. Head directly to O'Sheehan's for lunch and wait for rooms to open. Once the rooms were opened we had a BA midship, 10602.

Overall the room is pretty standard for an NCL balcony pre-Epic. Bathroom could be bigger, couch could be smaller. Night stands on both sides of the bed would be greatly appreciated. We had one of the best room stewards we have ever had, Randy. He took great care of us and was always super friendly.

Service on this ship was the best we have ever experienced in twenty five cruises. Everyone from the check in desk to the security guard at disembarkation was wonderful. Wait staff in the MDR, Philip and Ashish, were fantastic and spoiled us. Service in O'Sheehan's was personable, efficient, and overall excellent.
