Cold food...hot rooms.could never cool down our stateroom cabin...gray dingy sandpaper towels....most crew seemed as if they didn't care...didn't speak the language...didn't know what to do...Horizon Food was just not good...the international cafe was good but not always hot...the dining room Concerto table 212 was hit and miss...water assistant waiter was hard to find...robes were not 100% cotton and were a total mess...hard to get an elevator...the $150.00 extra Enclave did not have heated tile beds like all the other cruise ships...the night before disembarking the room steward never turned down the bed...no chocolates...no goodbye...had to finally ask for clean towels....unheard of...wheelhouse bar did not even give us a drink menu when we wanted to order the Norman Love Chocolate drinks....no one wanted to help or even think that there was a problem...gastro-intestinal virus was on the ship(Noro)and we were notified that they were going to step up measures with the cleaning on board...why didn't they do this at first and always....I firmly believe that with Pre Paid tips Princess has been very successful in erradicating good service...care...and quality...bravo.....there is no pizazz on ship...no finesse in the food...nothing that said that wow.....will not be going on the Regal again....most sincerely
