Over the public school Spring Break my boyfriend and I went on the Carnival Glory. We had an amazing time on our week long cruise to the Western Caribbean. We are in our mid-twenties.

I will pick out some of the downfalls of our trip just for the purposes of the review, but none of these things stopped us from having a good time.

About a week before we go on board Carnival called to ask us if we would like to upgrade to a balcony room. We had booked interior, so this was a big upgrade and it was an affordable one. We decided to do it and I am glad we did. The balcony room was very spacious- compared to the interior rooms I have stayed in previously (this is my 8th cruise). Overall the room was nice. There was enough storage space and hangers. I did bring a power-cord with extra outlet plugs so I could charge my phone and curl my hair at the same time. I am not sure if this is against the rules, but no one said anything. The balcony chairs were quite dirty- as was the balcony glass, so you could not see well out if it. We learned that they can only clean this class in Roatan, and once we left that port it was very clean.
