The Maitre D and the disorganized Main Dining room was so BAD, that we ate Dinner twice at the buffet. Every night it was some type of hassle, argument with our seating.

The bartenders were indifferent to to your request, and one day they would offer beer buckets, but next day, "no we do not do beer buckets". There were never any drinks specials published, and if you asked, it was like pulling teeth for any acknowledgment that there was a drink special of the day.

The Room Steward never called us by name except for the 1st day when he introduced himself. Other cruise line Stewards always called us by name, Mr Randy, Miss Brenda!

Cabin E3

Small by balcony standards, shower was extremely small.

GREAT 5 hour private our with Crescencio at Black Hat. Crescencio is friendly, knowledgeable and an overall great guy. Took us every place we wanted to go, and took us to places that he recommended. HIGHLY recommend his private tour for fun and value!
