I was pleasantly surprised by the service on this cruise. The highlight of this cruise was the main dining room experience. Our servers, Franklyn and Gabriel, were exceptional. They went out of their way to make every meal a pleasure. The food was also great.
The entire crew seemed to go out of their way to make this a great cruise experience for all. I witnessed multiple instances of crew going beyond expectations to make this a great cruise for their guests.
This was a spring break cruise which was a bit of a negative. The main pool area was taken over by college kids for basically the entire cruise.

Tampa
We stayed in the Hampton Inn Ybor City. The Hampton in was fine, but Ybor City was awful. Just a bunch of Cigar stores, bars, tattoo parlors and bikers. Our group ate at some chophouse, I can't remember the name. Terrible service, it took over 1:45 to get our food.
Cozumel
Rented a scooter at Ernesto's. Drove down to Mr. Sanchos. Did the pay as you go side. Bought 5 drinks total and an order of French fries for a total price of $36. Beach was nice and it was a quiet family friendly environment.
