Fourth time cruising and first with Norwegian! It was a mother and daughter (college student) vacation. From the moment we stepped on the cruise it was welcoming. The fellow guests were friendly, and the staff was awesome!!! I read almost every review for this boat and was afraid that we had booked ourselves on the worst boat EVER!! Thank goodness that I didn't listen. My daughter and I loved every minutes of the cruise!

The food was awesome, the buffet offered something different every night. We are not picky and pretty easy to please so we pretty much stuck with the buffet the whole trip! I did not see a single unfriendly staff member. We laughed and joked with everyone. When I returned from this cruise the first thing I told my husband was that this was by far the best cruise I have ever gone on.

We even lost out on Costa Maya because of weather and that was unfortunate but the staff onboard kept us entertained and updated. The captain took all the blame for the decision not to stop even though we know that no one can predict the weather. We just felt welcome!!! We had our first experience with Diamonds International in Honduras and that was awesome! In Cancun we of coarse visited Margaritaville and had a blast even with the rain!
