Cruise on Norwegian Dawn Ship in February 21 - 28 2016

We arrived to the port and went to the room, where suite guests were waiting to get in the ship. The concierge came soon to tell us that unfortunately he had some bad news for us. We could not get the stateroom (12022) that we had booked because of the problems with the sink in the shower. The water did not run away. We would get another stateroom instead, but unfortunately without the balcony. We replied that we would not accept a stateroom without balcony. The concierge went away and said that they will try to fix it as soon as possible. After 15 minutes we went in the ship and went straight away to our cabin, where the room attendant was cleaning it. We asked him what kind of problem there was with the shower. He said that there were no problems with water running away thru the sink. Neither did we find any problems in the stateroom during the cruise. Why did they try to cheat us and take away our suite (12022) from us?

We had booked the Ultimate beverage package, but we had to bring the water in glass to our stateroom! A bottle of water would cost 5.50 plus taxis!
