The service on the Navigator was excellent. Most of the issues we ran into were due to the age of the ship and overall cleanliness or lack of.

When we entered our cabin the overwhelming smell of urine made us both gag. We spoke to our stateroom attendent who wsa fantastic and she said she would recleant he bathroom. We told her it wasnt the bathroom...the bathroom smelt better than the rest of the room! IT had to be in the carpet. We went to the Service desk and they promised someone would come shampoo the carpet. They did come in and clean it in about an hour and while the room still smelled a little "off" at least the urine smell was gone.

Our balcony door didnt lock or open very well and the windows on the balcony (and really everywhere else on the ship) were so filthy you could barely see out of them. We tried to clean them ourselves with the room towels and that helped some.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Loved the Fortresses and the old town. Very Very cool port!

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Fort Lauderdale is an easy port to navigate as far as I can tell.
