This was my first cruise with Royal Caribbean, I have cruised in the past on Carnival over 10 yrs ago. I chose this cruise for 2 reasons, first was the price, I got it on a weekend sale. Second reason was because of the Crown & Anchor program, I am going on a 16 day in may on ovation and wanted to be able to get any benefits that it would give us.

So about the cruise and the ship, overall the itinerary was good and the nightly shows where good but the daytime activities where boring. The ship is in need of renovations in some areas but overall not bad. The service of the crew was good but there is room for improvement, I.E. cleaning up after the guest that are to lazy to use a trash can. The cabin steward was very good and helpful as was the rest of the staff.

The disembarkation was a little confusing, we decided to take our own luggage off so that we could be off the ship earlier than others, the problem was in the communication, in writing there where two different procedures and in the morning they announced over the PA another procedure that could only be heard in the public areas. So to sum it up would I cruise with RCI again? Yes! Our next cruise is in May on the Ovation of the seas, can't wait.
