This is not our 1st cruise. My friend and I have sailed on several different cruise lines. We chose this cruise and this ship for 1 reason only convenience. We knew it was an older ship but supposedly it was refurbished in 24012. Lets start at the beginning before we even got on the ship. We paid for a large cabin. You can imagine our surprise when we entered the cabin and found out that our large cabin was so small we had to unpack in shifts. There was room at the end of the bed for 1 chair which we had to use to store the suitcases because the closet was so small they didn't fit. We have never been lower than the 4th deck. We were assured that even though we were on the 3rd deck we wouldn't have noise. We had no idea how much noise the engines made.

The activities on board were so so mostly trivia or seminars that were trying to sell you something. They did have a good wine tasting that was very informative. The Bingo was ridicules. $27.00 for 3 cards plus having to by the dauber. The guy who was calling the game didn't know what he was doing he kept miscalling numbers.

Now for the food. 4 of the 10 nights had food that was horrible. I don't mean that I tried something new and didn't like it. I mean the food didn't resemble what it was supposed to be. For instance I ordered Beef Stroganoff it came in a 4 inch square bowl there were 6 slices of beef the size half of my little finger 1 mushroom slice no sour cream no noodles. The Thai prawns that my friend had were smaller than salad shrimp. The service in the dining room was so slow 1 night my cheese plate came as they were cleaning off the table.
